The Student Activities Board is hosting its annual Halloween party, inviting students to “go batty” with a haunted hallway, treat-eating contests, and— a favorite staple of Halloween parties everywhere —costume contest. You can join all the monstrous mayhem from 7-10 p.m. on Thurs, Oct. 24 in the Lower Waterman level of the VisTaTech Center. For more information on this spooktacular free event, contact the Student Activities Office at 734-462-4422.

Join Phi Theta Kappa Sat, Oct. 26 for a day of helping the less fortunate at St. Leo’s Soup Kitchen in Detroit. As the nights become colder and longer, students can help comfort the homeless —including families and veterans—by assisting St. Leo’s staff in preparing hot and to-go meals for those in need. Volunteers should arrive ready to work at the Student Activities Office at 8 a.m. to carpool. For more information, contact the Student Activities Office at 734-462-4422.

Do you have what it takes to become the next table tennis champion? If so, come join the Ping Pong Club for their King Kong of Ping Pong tournament at noon in Lower Waterman on Mon, Oct. 28. For more information visit or contact the Student Activities Office at 734-462-4422.
