2nd 7-week Last Day for “W”

Dec. 7, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

This is the last day to withdraw from the 2nd 7-week classes of the fall semester.

Last Day for Testing/ Homework Due for OE/OE Classes

Dec. 11, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

For the Fall Semester OE/ OE classes, this is the last day to turn in homework or to complete any testing.

15-week, 14-week, 2nd 12- week, 2nd 7-week & 3rd 5-week Last Day of Class

Dec. 20, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

This is the last day of classes for the Fall Semester 15- week, 14-week, 2nd 12-week, 2nd 7-week and 3rd 5-week classes.

Run by LAC tutors, Exam-A-Rama is a series of session’s specific review for your final exam. Sessions are available for most math, biology, chemistry, physics and accounting classes and will consist of a review of the final exam review packet or a question and answer study session. Please come prepared with review packets. Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the start time and students will be helped on a first-come, first-seated basis.

A certified divorce financial analyst from Equitable Divorce Resolutions will be on campus to answer questions about financial concerns in divorce. Clients will be served on a first come, first served basis; all are welcome free of charge.

DIVORCE SUPPORT GROUP – GROUP DISCUSSION

Open to anyone contemplating, in the process of, or having difficulty adjusting to divorce, a group discussion will be facilitated by Cynthia Koppin. Attorney Patricia A. Kasody-Coyle will also be available to answer questions in a private setting on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is free, open to the public and no advance registration is required.

For anyone interested in speaking with an attorney about divorce and family law, an attorney from the firm of Marie A. Pulte will be onsite to answer any and all questions. This event is free, open to the public and participants will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.

CONCERTS 

WEDNESDAY NOON CLASSICAL CONCERT, MOTOR CITY BRASS QUINTET 

Dec. 9, noon to 1 p.m. 

VistaTech Center, Kehrl Auditorium 

The Motor City Brass Quintet’s members have performed with many of the finest chamber ensembles and feature some of Detroit’s most creative and versatile brass musicians, including members of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the Michigan Opera Theatre Orchestra. This Noon Concert event is open to the public and free of charge, any donations made will go toward student scholarships.

SPEAKING OF MUSIC, LOUIS NAGEL

Following the Motor City Brass Quintet, the talented University of Michigan professor, Louis Nagel, will be performing on the piano. This wonderful pianist will be performing for free, and all are welcome.

FORTY-SIXTH ANNUAL BACH FESTIVAL HONORS RECITAL 

Dec. 11, 7 to 9 p.m. 

VistaTech Center 

Co-sponsored by the Ann Arbor Bach Association, the Annual Bach Festival is an event that recognizes fine piano performance and encourages excellence in piano teaching. High School students through the age of 18 have an opportunity to perform the music of JS Bach for an audience and receive comments from adjudicators. Judges hear all performers, and select a number of students to play again at this Honors Recital.

SOUNDS OF THE SEASON 

Dec. 12, 7:30 to 10 p.m. 

VistaTech Center, DiPonio Room 

Come enjoy the annual ‘Sounds of the Season’ Concert that will showcase the Schoolcraft Wind Ensemble, the Chorale and the Synthesizer Ensemble. This event is free of charge, open to the public and donations will be accepted at the door.
