Noël Coward’s “Blithe Spirit” features Charles Condomine, a prosperous novelist who has invited to his lavish estate to witness a séance, in the hopes to debunk that which he believes to be superstitious poppycock. Little does he know, he has invited a very real medium to conduct the ritual; and in doing so, unleashes the spirit of his first wife upon the house. The play is full of bright charm and sharp wit, and is sure to leave audiences laughing from beyond the grave.
