On February 6th from 10am-4pm and Feb 7 from 2pm-6pm, Michigan Blood came to Schoolcraft to run a blood drive. Most people had made an appointment in advance, but walk-ins were also accepted. Michigan Blood not only uses the donated blood for patients in the hospital, but they are a part of Versiti, who uses blood for research on rare diseases and medicines. Donating blood is a small, selfless act that can change lives.
