Schoolcraft College hosted its 19th annual Multicultural Fair on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 10 a.m.to 3 p.m. in the DiPonio Room, Vistatatech Center. Guests could grab a passport and travel to over 20 different country tables. Tables featured included Albania, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, France, Ghana, Greece, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, Morrocco, Pakistan, Palestine, Philippines, South Korea, Turkey and Yeman.
Nationality themed performance were also running on the main stage featuring 8 difference groups such as the Marcus Garvey Academy African Drum and Dance Ensemble, Mariachi and O’Hare Irish Step dancers.
New this year was the International Food Demonstration and samplings featuring South Africa, Greece, Philippines and Korea.
