If you are looking for a way to stay safe, get your sweat on and train with a personal trainer right from your own home any time of the day, look no further than The Mirror.

The Mirror is the nearly invisible interactive home gym that blends into your home easily. With 50+ genres, 5-60 minute classes, and absolute beginner to expert levels, it has the perfect workout for everyone. Enjoy new live classes weekly, or choose from our library of thousands of on-demand classes anytime.

As an owner of the Mirror and having been able to test some workouts with it, I can say that it is worth trying and investing in.

This intelligent technology employs a two-way view and has an electronic display for users to access many useful widgets. Overall, it has a variety of applications, benefits and drawbacks that are worth customers’ attention.

The biggest factor to consider is its convenience.

This product can greatly enhance one’s home gym and reduce unnecessary travel to a local gym. Additionally, it can help balance and offer different types of workouts while feeling just as fun, immersive and engaging as they would be in person.

The Mirror also reduces your exposure to illness by allowing you to work out at home instead of going to your local gym and using public gym equipment. This product is especially beneficial nowadays given how the COVID-19 pandemic and how it is still affecting the way gyms operate and the fears that lurk when it comes to visiting one.

Most importantly, these mirrors can serve as a huge motivator for working out more. It gives the user a clear overview on what type of workouts that person wants to do. Thus, this makes working out from home easier to balance out the type of workouts you do and experimenting the many different workouts can help a lot in making the user wanting to use the mirror to work out more.

However, there are some downsides to consider.

First, is price.

The Mirror is an expensive product. It retails for $1495 (excluding tax, delivery and subscription pricing) and also has additional add-ons that are available with the product that adds to your out of pocket cost. Since this mirror provides a user with different workout options, you may need to buy various types of gym equipment for use. Weights are an especially necessary resource to have when owning this technology. The Mirror is subscription based for $39 a month and comes with a one-year minimum commitment. With this subscription, you have access to unlimited live and on-demand workouts for you and five other people. The monthly billing is applied upon the mirror’s being delivered to you.

Second, is the audio.

The audio quality from the Mirror may not be suitable to a user. To fix this problem, I highly recommend getting a Bluetooth speaker to improve your mirror’s sound. Although the built-in speakers are good, they are not necessarily the best quality. That is why I suggested the user buys a good Bluetooth speaker to make the audio quality better for whatever workout that person does with the mirror.

The Mirror is the nearly invisible interactive home gym that blends into your home easily. With 50+ genres, 5-60-minute classes, and absolute beginner to expert levels, it has the perfect workout for everyone.

Users can hear the instructor while music is playing in the background, assuming you want music in the background. The mirror provides a volume bar for when the instructor is speaking and then another volume bar for the built-in mirror music. This makes it easy for somebody to change the volume of the audio quality if they want to.

Lastly, the effectiveness of certain workouts is best when training in person with a personal trainer versus using this technology.

The most notably example of this is the boxing workouts. Although users get a good sweat and satisfaction at the end of the workout, I believe that if you want to truly memorize some of the boxing moves that outside assistance is still ideal.

Overall, the Mirror despite its notable cons, is still worth the investment. The benefits and safety of its use make this product worth the price. If you are interested in giving it a try, the company has a 30-day risk-free trial.
