Navratri Garba 2021

Armando Saucedo

Navratri, a Hindi word meaning “nine nights,” is a Hindu festival celebrated throughout Indian culture. The bi-annual festival is held over 10 days and nine nights, falling this year from Thursday, Oct. 7, to Friday, Oct. 15. Schoolcraft College celebrated its Navratri Garba on Friday, October 1, 2021 from 7 p.m. to midnight. in the VisTaTech Center.

Schoolcraft’s very own Navratri Garba is a wonderful opportunity to learn about and appreciate Indian culture during this special time.
