The Schoolcraft Women's Basketball team was able to remain undefeated on the season on Friday, January 6, 2023 thanks to a big second half. The Ocelots defeated Spring Arbor by a score of 59-44.

The Schoolcraft Women’s Basketball team remains undefeated on the season thanks to a big second half on Friday, January 6, 2023. The Ocelots defeated Spring Arbor by a 59-44 and are now 9-0 overall. The game was tied at halftime but Schoolcraft outscored SAU 29-14 in the second half. The Schoolcraft offense was led by Makaiya Thomas who had 19 points on 6-13 from the field. Samantha Smithprovided 19 minutes off the bench and was a spark on the defensive end providing 6 blocked shots during the game along with 5 defensive rebounds, she also added 7 points on 3-6 shooting.

Schoolcraft begins conference play on Saturday, January 14, 2023 when they travel to Macomb Community College with tip-off at 1:00 PM.
