Schoolcraft College hosted a Solar Eclipse viewing party on April 8, 2024 to commemorate the once-in-a-lifetime event.

 

Schoolcraft College hosted a Solar Eclipse viewing party on April 8, 2024 to commemorate the once-in-a-lifetime event. Participants could head to the green space between the Liberal Arts and Forum Buildings and come hang out and watch the eclipse with their special branded solar eclipse glasses. Food and games was also available to enjoy. The event ran from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The 3rd Annual Black Excellence in the Arts Awards Ceremony took place on Thursday, February 20, 2025 in the Vistatech Center, Sutherland Room. This years event showcased the winning the Arts Awards Contest event nominees and their work, alongside this year's Trail Blazer and Pathfinder Award winners in celebration of Black History Month's 2025 theme:"Let the Light Rise in the Darkness."

Schoolcraft beat Calvin College 7-4 on Saturday, February 22 at Mike Modano Arena in Westland Michigan. This was the final game of the season for the Ocelots. The team ended he season 22-6 overall.
