Board of Trustees approves upcoming tuition for Fall 2021

Schoolcraft College’s Board of Trustees held a regularly scheduled meeting May 20, where among other things, the board approved several tuition rates for students attending the college in the upcoming semesters. Specifically, these rates will be put in place at the beginning of the 2021 fall semester and persist into the 2022 school year.

The following are the decided upon fees:

  • Residents of Schoolcraft will be paying a fee of $126.00 for each credit hour purchased and attended.
  • Nonresident of Schoolcraft will be paying a fee of $182.00 for each credit hour purchased and attended.
  • Out-of-state students of Schoolcraft will be paying a fee of $262.00 for each credit hour purchased and attended.
  • International students of Schoolcraft will be paying a fee of $262.00 for each credit hour purchased and attended.

These fees do not include registration, service, lab, learning management, excess contact hours, instructional equipment, or infrastructure fees which stand as a flat price.

On top of this, the Board of Trustees have also approved the General Fund Budget for 2021-2022 at the amount of $89,697,117 during the same meeting.With these prices established, the next year of admissions has been set and potential students may now have a better idea of their budget when scheduling upcoming classes.
